Data you provide to us

You can submit a request through the contact form, quote form, client-portal access form or trip-price indicator. Depending on the form, we process the following data:

• Contact details (name, email address, phone number)
• Organisation and company details for business enquiries
• The content of your message, quote request or portal request
• For a trip-price indication: origin and destination details, distance, chosen service level, temperature choice and calculated price range
• Technical request context, such as language, form and page type, request number, conversion page and the number of pages viewed in the current browser session

Purposes and legal bases

We use request data to answer your question, prepare a quote, assess portal access, prevent fraud and abuse and — where a working relationship follows — perform and maintain the business relationship.

This processing is based on steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in secure and efficient business communication. We use analytics, advertising technology and marketing attribution only with your consent.

Cookies, local storage and consent

Non-essential categories are disabled by default. The cookie banner lets you choose analytics and advertising separately. Google Tag Manager is loaded only when you allow at least one of those categories and then loads only the services configured for that consent choice.

The Analytics category may use Google Analytics to measure website use and performance. The Advertising category may use Google Ads and LinkedIn for conversion measurement, campaign attribution and, where configured, remarketing.

• Essential: a page counter is maintained for the browser session and may accompany a request as context
• Analytics: Google Analytics, only after analytics consent

Marketing attribution

If you consent to advertising, we may record UTM campaign parameters, advertising click IDs (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid and li_fat_id), the external referrer, landing page and timestamp. The first campaign interaction is stored in local storage and the latest interaction in session storage. If you subsequently submit a form, this data may be attached to the request so we can assess campaign origin and performance.

Without advertising consent, this attribution data is not stored or attached to a request. When you withdraw advertising consent, the website removes stored marketing attribution.

Decorative video

On the homepage you can start a decorative background video. That video loads only after you press play and is served by Vimeo. This is not a cookie-banner choice; you can pause the video at any time. Vimeo may then set its own cookies or similar technologies under its privacy terms.

Recipients and service providers

Form submissions are processed through our secured website intake and stored in systems CE Medical Logistics uses for follow-up. Access is limited to authorised employees and contracted hosting, database, IT and relationship-management providers where needed for their work.

If you consent to analytics or advertising, Google and LinkedIn may process data under their own privacy terms. This may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. CE requires appropriate contractual and legal safeguards where applicable. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and security

Request and relationship data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request, perform agreed services, meet legal obligations and address possible disputes. It is then deleted or anonymised under our internal retention schedule. The specific period depends on the type of request and whether a customer relationship is established.

Session storage normally expires when you end the browser session. The consent preference has a maximum lifetime of one year. Marketing data in local storage remains until you withdraw consent, clear browser storage or the data is no longer needed. Retention by Google and LinkedIn follows the settings of the relevant services.

We use encrypted connections and restrict access to people and providers who need it for their work. No security measure can eliminate every risk.

Your choices and rights

You can change your cookie choices at any time through Cookie preferences in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. Depending on the circumstances, the GDPR gives you the following rights:

• Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
